In compliance with the Czech Republic’s Act No. 112/2016 Coll. on Electronic Records of Cash Sales the seller is obliged to issue a receipt for the buyer. The seller is also obliged to register the received revenue online at the tax authority; in case of technical failure the registration must be completed within 48 hours.
